| Returns and Exchanges
Sometimes you get something you really didn't need or already had. That's why we make it easy for you to return your items. All that you have to do is call our customer service department within 30 DAYS of receipt of your package. Our customer service agents will assign to you a Return Number (RN) which allows us to keep track of the return. Please understand that we can only accept items for return or exchange that are in the original condition with all packing material, manuals and registration cards included. You will have 30 DAYS upon receipt of the product to send it back to us. We will refund 100% of the purchase price of the item(s) only. Shipping costs are not refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is damaged or defective. If you decide you would like to exchange a product that you ordered or that you received as a gift, the same rules apply as those above for returns. The item must be in the original package, and you'll get credit for the product price only (shipping costs can not be refunded). Return shipping and new shipping charges apply and are paid for by the customer.
